How do I check the status of my application?

Sign in and open Applications. Each entry shows its current stage, anything outstanding from you, and the full history.

  1. Sign in and open Applications.
  2. Select the application to see its stage and history.

What the statuses mean

  • Draft — started but not submitted. Nothing is being reviewed yet.
  • Submitted — received and queued for assessment.
  • In review — with an assessor.
  • Information required — we need something from you. Open the task and respond; the clock is paused until you do.
  • Approved — an offer has been issued for you to review and accept.
  • Declined — the application was not successful.
  • Withdrawn — cancelled by you, or expired without response.

If it has been longer than expected

Check for an outstanding task first — an unanswered request is the usual reason an application appears to stall. If there is nothing pending from you and the indicative timescale has passed, raise a support ticket quoting the application reference.

Did this not solve it?

Raise a support ticket from inside online banking and a specialist will answer with your account in front of them — or contact us if you cannot sign in.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:00 (CET). Card loss and fraud reporting is staffed 24/7.
