How do I review and remove trusted devices?

Profile → Security lists every device and recent sign-in. Remove anything you do not recognise, then change your password.

Reviewing your devices takes a minute and is the fastest way to spot unauthorised access.

  1. Sign in and open Profile → Security.
  2. Open Devices & activity. Each entry shows the device type, approximate location, and the date it was last used.
  3. Select Remove next to anything you do not recognise, or any device you no longer own. That device will have to complete full verification next time.
  4. Use Sign out everywhere to end every active session at once.

If you see something you do not recognise

  1. Remove the device and sign out everywhere.
  2. Change your password to one you have never used on any other site.
  3. Check your recent transactions and beneficiary list for anything unfamiliar.
  4. Report it to us straight away so we can review the account and add monitoring.
Approximate locations come from network data and are not exact. A neighbouring city is normal; a different country you have not visited is not.
