What are the transfer limits on my account?
Limits depend on your account type and verification level. Your current limits are shown on the transfer screen before you confirm.
Where to find your limits
Your personal limits are shown live on the transfer screen and under Profile → Limits. They are the authoritative figures for your account — published ranges are indicative only.
What sets them
- Account type — personal, premium, business and treasury accounts have different bands.
- Verification level — a fully verified account has materially higher limits than one with documents still outstanding.
- Account age and history — newly opened accounts start lower and step up automatically.
- Transfer type — internal, domestic and international each have their own ceiling.
If a payment is blocked by a limit
- Split it across working days, if the deadline allows.
- Complete any outstanding verification — this often lifts the limit immediately.
- Request a temporary or permanent increase by raising a support ticket. Tell us the amount, the reason and the date you need it by. Increases are assessed case by case and typically answered within one working day.
Limits are a fraud control, not an obstacle. They cap what an attacker could move if they ever reached your account.
Did this not solve it?
